It is also pleasing to know that you enjoyed the impressive breakfast offered. We regret to hear about the discomfort with the room size and the air conditioning issues you experienced. While our rooms are designed to optimize space and comfort, we understand that expectations can vary, and we apologize if we did not meet yours on this occasion. Regarding the air conditioning, our system is designed to adjust based on outdoor temperatures to promote environmental sustainability. However, we recognize that during particularly warm periods, this system may not provide the level of cooling some guests might expect. We are also sorry to hear about the noise disturbances. Our windows are designed to be soundproof to minimize street noise, and we regret if this was not sufficient during your stay. Furthermore, we are concerned about your comments regarding the room upgrade and the towel replacement policy. We strive to provide clear descriptions of our room categories and services to ensure guest expectations are appropriately set. Our environmental policy typically replaces towels that are left on the floor to conserve water and energy, aligning with our sustainability goals.
